Established by Hawaiian women seeking connection and cultural continuity in California, the Guild has served the community for more than five decades. Over the years, we have created meaningful spaces to celebrate tradition, foster leadership, and expand educational opportunity—ensuring our heritage remains vibrant and our impact enduring.

The mission of the Hawai'i's Daughters Guild of California is to uplift Pacific Islander women through education and scholarships, grounded in service, culture, and 'olelo Hawai'i.

Who We Are
Founded in 1970, HawaiÊ»i’s Daughters Guild of California is a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring Hawaiian heritage while supporting the educational advancement of Pacific Islander women.
Rooted in the spirit of aloha, we are a community of women committed to service, cultural preservation, and opportunity. For more than five decades, our organization has provided scholarships, mentorship, and community support that empower women to pursue higher education, leadership, and lifelong learning.
